Camp Registration information
Dear Future Sharing Meadows’ Camper,
We're so excited to have your camper at Camp Sharing Meadows! You are invited to attend one (or more!) of our monthly Sharing Meadows Mini-Camps this Spring as one of our Campers. All mini-camps will run from Friday night at 7:00 PM CST until Sunday afternoon with a closing ceremony beginning at 2:00 PM CST at our St. Timothy Center.
You are ALSO invited to join us at Camp Sharing Meadows this summer! Camp Sharing Meadows is held in the St. Timothy Center Camp Building located in Rolling Prairie, Indiana on 185 acres of beautiful farmland. The St. Timothy Center is an air-conditioned facility equipped with 4 dormitories, kitchen, dining hall, activities room, and nursing station. Each week of camp begins on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) and ends Friday with a 45-minute closing ceremony which begins at 1 PM CST. Activities include discussions, prayers, games, sports, campfires, talent shows, skit practices, arts & crafts, entertainment, singing, dancing, fishing, boating, swimming in the pool, and even some free time for resting and quiet conversations!
NEW THIS YEAR: We are inviting Campers to attend MULTIPLE weeks of Summer Camp, and campers can choose to attend ANY week(s). For the first time in camp’s history, each week of camp will have a different custom theme, crafts, activities, etc. Each week also builds off of the last. We encourage you to sign up for as many weeks of camp as wanted. Please refer to the Summer Camp Reply Form for more clarification.
Please do not delay in sending in your application (and the appropriate forms below) because Camp slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Just click on the documents and fill them out! You may mail your application to P.O. Box 400 Rolling Prairie, IN 46371 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that, depending upon availability, you may not be able to come to your first choice for camp dates.
The Mini-Camp fee is $135 per Mini-Camp this year. The cost for a week at Summer Camp is only $350 per person. Your camp fee must be sent with your completed Camper Reply Form, Application Packet, and Camp Sharing Meadows 2020 Medication Sheet forms to consider your registration complete. Please note that this does not cover the entire cost of camp – the Share Foundation gladly subsidizes the remaining cost. Last minute cancellations will not receive a refund of the camp fee due to costs associated with planning meals, crafts bought, etc.
If you have submitted camp paperwork since January of 2020, we have your updated paperwork on file. You have only a Camper Reply Form to fill out and return with your camp fee. Only if there is a change in medicines or address, you need to contact us. For anyone coming to Camp Sharing Meadows for the first time since January 2020, please fill out and sign the front and back sides of the Application packet and the appropriate Camper Reply Form and return them to the Share Foundation office as soon as possible.
The Camp Coordinator will ALWAYS send a confirmation letter to you if you have been accepted to Camp along with the date you are to come and suggested items to bring to that month’s camp. Send in the fee now with the appropriate forms, and we will apply it to whatever camp you have been chosen to attend first.
We hope to see you at some of the Camps throughout this upcoming year! Each person that attends camp will be treated with the utmost dignity and respect. All people become equals at Camp—that means staff as well as campers. Our joy at simply being together makes for a wonderful, welcoming community!
